Hello again, Bart, I’m sure you’re enjoying more adventures and more new friends today. Here’s hoping you’re knee is better, and that you’re staying warm at night.

As an 11 year-old child living in Vancouver, B.C., the Children’s Aid helped me when I desperately needed them. I only had to get myself to that phone booth, and ask for help. And, they didn’t stop after they’d gotten me to a safe place, they kept giving afterward. They are responsible for one of my most treasured memories in that city, riding a horse for the first time, and, on the beach no less !

They also got me to other events and summer camp, which I wouldn’t have attended otherwise. I went on to face a great deal more adversity in my life, and I believe their intervention continued to make a difference in me, and how I lived life.

So, Bart, I want to thank you again for what you’re doing. I’m also one who believes that we, as individuals can, and should, do far more to grow our communities … and what better way than “from the child up”. Buen viaje, mi amigo !

Patrick says hi we had evalueations of the two new instructors Natasha is doing your stuff like marketing 1 well lets say why don’t we just menorize the hole 9 chapters of the new book you got for the corase 20 questions on figures 5.2,5.7,6.2,6.6,6.13.7.,8.4,.6,8.17 and we must be able to provide all the heading under these figures so all the class says why on this stuff we now have to do this monorizing of these things she is off the mark on this stuff as no one can do that much stuff in a month
ok enough of my complaining good to see you are ahead on your trip maybe you will arrive sooner in Calgary and have more time to rest up before you get back to teaching these kids so walk easy and careful keep your good work up and be proud you are almost done your walk with the moist of it now done

Thanks Dale. Hope you’re doing well. I’m now in Creston and can almost smell my final destination.

The new instructor’s teaching style sounds a little less than fun. I plan to be back in Vancouver on July 31st. That will give me some time to rest & fatten up a bit before starting a new session at the college.
